Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a form of psychological intervention that draws on various theories of alternative medicine including neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), acupuncture, energy healing, and Thought Field Therapy (TFT).

Founded by Gary Craigin 1995, it integrates the Chinese meridian system into therapy and is said to considerably reduce the conventional therapy process.

While EFT has produced significant clinical results, it remains in the early stages of development.

What to expect during a session

Once you have identified a past memory that you want to work with, I will slowly guide you through the process.  Difficult emotions are often released leading into new belief patterns.  There is often an improvement to emotional and physical wellbeing.
